Manali – Jispa Today wake up early morning after breakfast at hotel, later check out from Manali and proceed for adventure tour to Leh. Your first stop at Rohtang Pass (3978 meters). Later pass through the Lahaul Valley where there are mountains capped with snow all around. Enjoy mountain dinner of steamed momos and thukpa. Thukpa is a very famous traditional Himalayan soup which is made by mixing meat and vegetables. Over Night Stay at the hotel.
Jispa – Pang Morning after breakfast at hotel, later proceed for your next destination. You will enter the Greater Himalayan landscape. While you are on this route, you will see that the mountains are bigger on this part of the highway. Enjoy the view and later cross the Baralachha Pass (5000 meters). From there, head towards Sarchu which forms the border line between Kashmir and Himachal. From there, reach the Pang camp. Pang is a place where you will witness a mix of different natural formations which are seen through the roads and sand. Relax for the rest of day and keep it high on fluids. Overnight at Camps.
Pang – Leh Today morning after breakfast at Pang, later check out from Pang and drive to Leh, via en-route cross the Tanglang-La Pass, which is the second-highest motor able mountain pass in the world at the height of 5300 meters. After crossing this pass, you will have to bike through well-maintained roads all the way to Leh. En-route you will get to see the monasteries of Thiksey and Shey which are set on the top of a hill. Check-in at the hotel in the borders of Changspa. Spend evening chilling out at the place. Explore the culture and geography of Ladakh in the next few days. Overnight at Hotel.
Leh Today morning after breakfast at hotel, later proceed for full day sightseeing tour to Leh visit visit to Thiskey Gompa, one of the most breathtaking monasteries in Ladakh. We would also visit Shey Palace in the vicinity. After that we’d go Hemis which hosts one of the most well-known festivals in Ladakh. Leh – Pangong Lake Today morning after early breakfast at hotel, later check out from hotel and drive to Pangong Lake via En route drive to cross Chang la pass and drive through Durbuk and Tangtse village situated in the Changthang region of Ladakh. Upon arrival at Pangong Lake check in your hotel/camps for night stay. Later afternoon, explore the lake and its surroundings. A tour of the local village will enable cultural insight into Leh.
Pangong – Leh Today morning after breakfast at hotel/camps, Later you can enjoy a photo-session around the lake. Later drive back to Leh. Enjoy optional tour of Hemis Monastery (5 kilometer away from Leh near Kharu) is also on the cards. Hemis is the largest and richest monastery complex in Ladakh. Drive back to Leh by noon. Sarchu – Manali Today morning after breakfast at hotel, later drive through the Sarchu plain and reach the Baralaccha plain till noon. Enjoy a smooth ride up the Lahaul ranges and reach Rohtang pass.
